Kenya Powell, aka Artist By Day, is a multimedia artist/graphic designer based in downtown Atlanta. As a young artist, she has noticed the lack of people of color depicted in portrait art and how this affects them. Lack of representation is an issue that is being slowly rectified, and Kenya aims to be a part of the change in order to uplift, empower, and inspire underrepresented communities.
